Always a favourite with visitors (and staff!) to Rothiemurchus is feeding the deer at our deer farm. It makes it even more exciting when the calves are there with there little white spotted coats running around the long grass with their mums.

Rothiemurchus staff also have to prepare and clean out the pens within the barn. When the weather turns for the worse during the autumn to winter months, these pens are used to help shelter the young calves from the elements. There they also get a constant supply of water and are fed daily by our team out on the ground.
